OK, lets start with the amazing Richard and Tanya from Urban Artistry. Their photographs were just amazing (check out my thread in show and tell), and they were always professional but relaxed, they just seemed to blend into the crowd and didnt seem to have a thing about being the 'professional' photographers who must be obeyed at all times.
